§ 5.2. Encumbering land required to satisfy regulations

No portion of a lot used in connection with a building, structure, or use, and necessary for compliance with the area, height, bulk, and placement regulations of this appendix shall through sale or otherwise again be used as a part of the lot required in connection with any other building or structure or use; nor shall a portion of a lot be sold or conveyed in a way that will leave a remaining parcel that cannot meet the area, height, bulk, and placement regulation of this appendix.
