§ 18.14. Severability

14.1. Any clause, sentence, or provision of this appendix shall be considered severable from the balance of this appendix, and if any clause, sentence or provision shall or any reason be adjudged by any court or competent jurisdiction to be invalid, for any reason, such jurisdiction to be invalid, for any reason, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of this appendix.
