§ 16.2.1. Filing of application

All petitions for amendments to this appendix shall be filed on available application forms with the city's planning and community renewal division and shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee to cover the cost of processing and public hearing. Fees for amendments to this appendix shall be set by the city council by resolution, and shall be reviewed yearly.
