§ 15.2. Penalties

Violation of any provision of this appendix shall be deemed a municipal civil infraction, punishable by a fine of not less than $100.00, or more than $500.00, plus any costs, damages, expenses, and other sanctions, specifically including injunctive relief. Repeated violations of this ordinance shall be subject to increased civil fines pursuant to the repeat offender section, section 86-501, of the Pontiac Municipal Code.
