Site plan review is intended to ensure that site plans meet the stated purposes and standards of the appendix, provide the necessary public facilities, meet regulations pertaining to intensity of land use, density of population, protection and preservation of topographical features and minimum requirements for the protection and promotion of public health, safety and general welfare.
